False Tooth Belting
Description
- Strong mechanical threaded false tooth, can handle much higher loads than welded profiles
- Construction of the false tooth is typically made of stainless steel but can be made of other materials
- Economical because you can replace worn cleats without replacing the entire belt
- Versatile because cleats of different construction can be bolted through the belt. (steel, stainless steel, urethane, UHMW, plastic, wood)
- Flexible design, allows changing of cleats positions on predetermined centers. More readily available than welded on urethane cleats
- Custom false tooth and cleats can be manufactured to your specifications
- Exact cleat spacing, accurately positioned over the tooth
